Academic Cardiac Electrophysiologist Opportunity - Springfield, IL

Practice Highlights

• Collaborate with a team of 4 general cardiologists, 5 interventional cardiologists, and a growing group of electrophysiologists.
• Midlevel support includes 4 Nurse Practitioners, one of whom is EP-trained.
• Manage a full spectrum of EP cardiology, including AFib management and device procedures.
• Dedicate 20% of your time to academic pursuits, including research and educational initiatives.

Schedule & Clinical Focus

• Up to 2 full procedure days and 3-4 half-day clinics per week.
• Even split between clinical care and EP lab work (approximately 50/50).
• No formal call schedule, promoting work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with significant earning potential.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
