Description

Enterprise Optometry Group is looking for a part-time or full-time Optometrist who is inspired by a career focused on helping others, while collaborating with a dedicated team of talented professionals to create new business opportunities. The full-time Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Fridays. Health record charting and navigating a multitude of insurance plans to ensure proper billing and coding will also be required. 

This is an excellent opportunity to care for an established patient base as well as a strong referral base, and work with a wide range of ocular conditions. Plus, you’ll learn from other experts in a supportive environment, and extend care, when needed to local Ophthalmologists, specialists and primary care physicians through established relationships. 

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety. The ideal candidate will want to continuously develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.

Minimum qualifications include:

Optometry license in the state of California
