• Level 1 Trauma cases and emergency consults

Requirements

• Active Illinois medical license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Minimum of 24 months of specialty experience
• Valid ACLS, BLS, and CSR certifications

Credentialing Requirements

• Standard 90-day timeframe for full files
• Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
