Practice Setting

• Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient setting
• Average volume of 7-10 outpatients per day
• Average volume of 3-4 hospital consults per day

Schedule

• Only 7 days per month still available starting March 2026
• 24-hour shift coverage with clinic and rounding
• Clinic is only 4 hours (8a-12p) followed by hospital rounding

Procedures and Cases

• Cases include Inpatient and Outpatient
• Reading EMG, read EEG, and continuous EEG
• Provide hospital consults as needed

Call Requirements

• Overnight call 1-2 per night, typically not required to be present in person
• Teleneurology utilized for all strokes
• No call required for your off days

Requirements

• Must have Illinois state license for consideration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Neurology
• 24 months of experience required
• Must hold a current CSR

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing timeframe is 120 days
