John Muir Cardiovascular Medical Group is seeking a well-trained non-interventional cardiologist committed to excellent patient care to join our Bay Area team in Walnut Creek, CA. We are a single-specialty group with 30+ cardiologists providing services across 8 clinic sites around the East Bay, with collaborative alignment with the local health system and all major leadership positions.
You will be joining a full-service cardiovascular division with a long-standing presence and strong reputation in the community, state, and nation. U.S. News & World Report has ranked John Muir Medical Center as one of the nation’s highest-performing cardiovascular service hospitals for four consecutive years.

Position Details:
Outpatient and inpatient coverage with dedicated weekly rotations for each setting.
Full-time schedule: 0.8 FTE at Walnut Creek clinic, 0.2 FTE at Berkeley clinic, with a 1:5 weekly inpatient rotation at John Muir Health Walnut Creek.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Graduate from an accredited training program
Current DEA license
BLS or ACLS certification
California Fluoroscopy license preferred
Must possess or acquire a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
