We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join a growing clinic in Huntsville, AL. Practice Setting

• Independent primary care model in a patient-focused environment
• Two exam rooms per provider, one MA per provider, and access to Clinical Nurse support
• Work alongside a team of four NPs and adhere to Alabama state collaboration requirements
• Onsite lab and training available for providers if needed

Flexible Schedule Options

• Monday-Thursday, with a half day on Friday
  • Options for 4- or 5-day workweek
  • No rounding or pediatrics (patients 16+ only)
  • Low call volume - high quality of life
