• Large parking lot and reception area. The building is 10 years old. 
• Good mix of orthopedic, diabetic/at risk care, dermatology and wound care patients 
• Other testing and treatment done onsite 
• Most of the staff are willing to consider staying on (if desired) 
• Open to providing limited transitional guidance if needed
