Using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model, our clinicians apply evidence-based strategies to enhance patient outcomes and strengthen the healthcare system. As an IBH Clinician you will be a valued part of two teams :1) the primary care clinic in which you work ; 2) highly supportive team of Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians working across all the primary care clinics. We are passionate about fulfilling the PeaceHealth mission to provide integrated person first care, respecting mind, body and spirit, as well as lifting up one another in doing this work.
Position Summary:
- Operates as an essential part of the primary care team providing direct intervention to patients and consultation to the medical team regarding behavioral and psychosocial aspects of health.
- Provide patients with access to evidence-based behavioral health interventions via same-day and scheduled visits.
- Demonstrate the value behavioral health expertise for prevention and mitigation of behavioral, mental, and physical health concerns.
- Experience in medical settings preferred.

Credentials
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
