Practice Details
- Independent, physician-owned hematology/oncology group with equal-vote governance
- Partnership opportunity available in as little as 12 to 24 months
- Active research program with more than 20 clinical trials and CRO collaboration
- Opportunities to serve as PI or Sub-I
- Dedicated APPs, nursing staff, infusion center, and in-house lab and pharmacy
Schedule
- Four-day clinic week, Monday through Thursday, with rotating Fridays
- Manageable 1:4 phone-only call rotation
- Robust hospitalist coverage to support inpatient care
- Average daily volume of 16 to 20 patients, allowing time for personalized care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $650,000+ with a $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation support
- $20,000 guaranteed annual bonus in years one and two
- Six weeks of PTO, rotating Fridays off, and up to 65 days off annually as a partner
- 401(k) with profit sharing and ownership potential in both practice and real estate
- $4,000 CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits
Candidate Requirements
- Fellowship-trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Interest in private practice and long-term partnership
- Comfortable providing both outpatient and inpatient oncology care
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality patient care
