Retina Partners Midwest, an established, physician-owned retina-only practice in Indianapolis, is seeking a retina specialist to join our growing team in 2026.
We are particularly interested in experienced retina surgeons, but will also consider exceptional recent fellowship graduates with outstanding clinical and surgical skills.

- Call schedule: 1 week in 8

Requirements:
- At least some post-fellowship experience in a robust clinical and surgical environment preferred.
- Collaborative work ethic with a shared position (you work 40 weeks only, while I reduce my hours to work the other 12). Our patients are used to this model which has worked extremely well for the last 10 years.
- Excellent base salary and bonus structure

Requirements
Board eligible or board certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery. Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered retina care and collaborative practice within a multispecialty group. Interest in clinical research is welcomed but not required. Strong work ethic, sound clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills are essential. Eligible for Indiana medical licensure. Willingness to build a long-term practice in Indianapolis.
