Associate Physician - OBGYN – MaineHealth, Internal Float Position
MaineHealth is seeking a full or part-time BC Obstetrician Gynecologists, for two internal float pool positions. This position provides the opportunity to work at our MaineHealth hospitals in a flexible capacity, including office, gyn surgery and obstetrics. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a strong work-life balance and a flexible schedule.
The physician will serve as an attending physician in a rotating capacity across all MaineHealth community hospitals with delivery services, including MaineHealth Franklin Hospital in Farmington, MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital in Damariscotta, MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital in Rockport, MaineHealth Stephens Hospital in Norway, MaineHealth Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, and MaineHealth Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH.

All of our locations offer access to sub-speciality referral and consultation, including urogynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology & infertility, pediatric & adolescent gynecology, and complex family planning services.
The ideal candidate is board certified, has 5 or more years of experience in full-scope obstetrics and gynecology and is comfortable practicing independently in rural locations. In addition to excellent clinical skills, we seek a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, who works well in changing team environments.

- The MaineHealth Maine Medical Center (MMC) obstetrics and gynecology residency program, founded in 1976, has a rich history of training the OB GYN workforce of Maine and supports 17 post-graduate trainees. Trainees rotate through several of our delivery locations.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board Certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Ability to be licensed in Maine and New Hampshire

The annual base salary for this position is $385,000
