Radiation Oncology Associates P.A. (ROAPA) is seeking a radiation oncologist for a partnership-track position serving our North Little Rock and Conway clinics. ROAPA is an independent radiation oncology group that provides care for CARTI, a freestanding, not-for-profit integrated cancer system and the largest provider of cancer care in Arkansas.
Founded in 1976, ROAPA brings nearly five decades of continuous operation, exceptional stability, and a strong track record of partnership for the physicians we hire. While much of the field has faced revenue pressure and center closures in 2026, our volume continues to grow year over year in both oncology and our functional radiation program.

- Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators, ARIA EMR, and Eclipse treatment planning, with a strong SRS/SBRT program
- Built-in mentorship: experienced physicians are on-site the majority of the time, so you won’t be practicing alone, and we readily accommodate a lighter schedule while you study for boards
- Light call, roughly one week in twelve, with a PA/APRN team of four often taking first call and in-house locum coverage, so your time off is protected

Who we’re looking for
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology (ABR)
- A true generalist comfortable across the full range of adult cases (we treat adults only, no pediatrics)
- Open to both new graduates and established radiation oncologists
- Flexible start: we’re ready to hire now and equally willing to wait for the right new graduate finishing training in summer 2027
- Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist.
An AR license or the ability to obtain a State License.
