Company History
Led by Dr. Daren Fomin, DO, a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon, Paragon Skin & Surgery sets the standard for dermatologic care in upstate South Carolina. Dr. Fomin is a proud fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, bringing years of expertise and a distinguished background as a former Army physician to our practice. His dedication to precision, innovation, and patient well-being drives our team to deliver exceptional results.
Proudly serving Anderson and the surrounding upstate South Carolina region, Paragon Skin & Surgery is deeply committed to our community. We are affiliated with MUSC (where Dr. Fomin holds an academic appointment) and AnMed, where we help train the next generation of medical professionals.
