A well-established Community Health Center with over 50 years of service in Northeastern North Carolina is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a mission-driven, patient-centered team. The Practice
This is a 100% outpatient role with no hospital call, allowing you to focus entirely on building meaningful relationships with your patients.
- Average of 18 to 20 patients per day
- Robust support team including APPs, Clinical Pharmacists, and LCSWs
- AI-driven workflow tools and dedicated nursing staff for prescription refills and task management
- 4 hours of dedicated administrative time per week, in-office or remote
- Opportunity to teach within an on-site Rural Residency Program
- On-site condos available at no cost for physicians commuting from Raleigh, Durham, or Charlotte

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive guaranteed base salary with quarterly production and quality bonuses
- Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 for a 5-year commitment; tiered options for 3 and 4 years
- Annual cost of living and performance adjustments
- High HPSA score (22) qualifying for NHSC student loan repayment

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
