Ada West Dermatology is a highly successful, sterling reputation, privately-owned 25 clinician dermatology practice looking for a collegial, quality board certified 50/50 dermatologist/dermatopathologist. Located in the beautiful, highly-sought after, outdoor mecca of Boise, ID (metropolitan population 800k residents). Easy going and very collegial environment.
Forward-thinking dermatology group the currently consists of 11 physicians and 14 advanced practice providers that incorporates general dermatology, Mohs surgery and cosmetics. Due to population demand, we are adding 3 more providers in the next year. We have our own in-house CAP-certified dermatopathology lab (currently staffed by 3 dual board-certified dermatopathology/dermatology MDs to expedite results and provide exceptional services to our own clinic and over 25 external clients (26,000 accessions per year). We have 3 full-time fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons and the state’s only pediatric dermatologist (Mayo Clinic trained). We are a very busy practice with a sterling reputation in the community and strong referral base. Fully electronic utilizing Modernizing Medicine EMA. Large, modern outpatient exam rooms with 2 computers/iPad for each exam room. If doing clinic, you will be assigned 2 MA/scribes for maximal productivity and allows you to spend time with patients and not at the computer.
Permanent position. No weekends.
