Description
Job DescriptionMerit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi is seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join its Cardiology-based Outpatient Clinic. This hospital-employed position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call requirement and the opportunity to provide ongoing care to cardiology patients in an outpatient setting.
Position Highlights:
- Hospital-employed role with Merit Health Wesley's Cardiology-based Outpatient Clinic
- Full-time opportunity
- Monday-Friday, typical daytime clinic schedule
- No call required
- Support routine cardiology clinic follow-up visits
- Provide hospital discharge follow-up appointments in the clinic setting
- Work collaboratively with the cardiology team to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed Nurse Practitioner role
- Minimum of 1 year of Cardiology experience preferred
- Current NP license or eligibility for licensure in Mississippi
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills
