Dermatology Physician Assistant — Part-Time, Opportunity to Grow to Full-Time

Location: West Hills/Woodland Hills, California

Practice: Established Private Dermatology Practice

We are seeking a motivated and personable Physician Assistant with an interest in dermatology to join our growing private dermatology practice in the West Hills/Woodland Hills area.

This is an ideal opportunity for a PA who enjoys practicing in a smaller, physician-led environment and is interested in building a patient base and growing with a practice.

Position

       Part-time, initially 2 days per week

       Opportunity to increase to 3–5 days per week as patient volume grows

       Long-term opportunity for full-time employment

       Work directly alongside a board-certified dermatologist

       Mix of medical and surgical dermatology

       Opportunity to develop and build your own patient panel

Our practice is actively expanding its patient base and insurance participation. We have recently been approved by an IPA to see Medi-Cal/Medicaid patients, with additional payer credentialing currently underway.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

       A licensed California Physician Assistant in good standing

       Passionate about dermatology and providing excellent patient care

       Warm, personable, and professional

       Comfortable working independently while having direct access to physician mentorship

       Interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing private practice

Dermatology experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong PA candidates from other specialties who have a genuine interest in dermatology and are eager to learn.

This position is particularly well suited to an experienced PA seeking a flexible part-time schedule or a PA interested in growing into a full-time dermatology position over time.
