This top 100 Critical Access hospital with state-of-the-art facilities is looking for a Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join their outpatient clinic. Excellent support staff, strong administrative support, and a flexible schedule allow you to provide high quality care and have a great lifestyle

Position Highlights:
• Flexible patient volume with plenty of time to get to know your patients
• Practice full-scope Family Medicine seeing newborns to geriatric cases
• Outpatient clinic is located adjacent to the hospital
• C-Sections required with flexible volume of 10-25 per year or more if desired
• 4-day work week and flexible shared call with seven providers

Compensation Details:
• $374,000 guaranteed, ongoing base salary
• Production bonus with proven earning potential to $450,000+
• Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
• 7+ weeks of PTO and sick leave
• Full, executive level benefits including both a 403b and 457 retirement programs
