Details:
• Enjoy a highly desirable 4-day work week that promotes strong work-life balance & flexibility
• Each day may begin w/ light inpatient rounding prior to clinic start at 10:00 AM. Patient census is typically low, averaging just 3-5 patients, allowing for a manageable & efficient workflow before transitioning into clinic
• Outpatient clinic runs smoothly through 4:30 PM, supporting a structured yet balanced daily schedule w/ a patient flow of anywhere from 12-15 patients
• Utilize Epic EMR enhanced w/ an AI-supported listening device, significantly reducing documentation burden & allowing more focus on patient care
• Open to 2027 candidates, making this a great opportunity for those planning ahead in their career trajectory

Compensation:
• Guaranteed base salary
• Signing bonus: $70K
• Relocation: $25K
• Choose your perk: $25K for down payment, property tax offset, etc.
• Student loan repayment: $100K distributed over 5 years
