Centurion Anesthesia is hiring a full-time CRNA to join our team in Secaucus, NJ.

What this role offers:

• W2 full-time position
• $325K base pay
• 40 hours or 36 hours pro-rated
• $70k retention bonus (3-year commitment)
• Flexible scheduling: no nights or holidays; one Saturday per month

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Op Evaluations: Conduct pre-anesthetic risk assessments, review medical histories, and formulate patient care plans.
• Intraoperative Management: Administer general/regional anesthesia, manage patient airways, and monitor vital signs during surgery.
• Post-Op & PACU Care: Oversee patient emergence, manage acute postoperative pain, and safely transition care to the PACU.
• Emergency Response: Provide airway management, resuscitation, and rapid response support throughout the hospital facility.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative nursing staff to ensure patient safety.
