A premier cancer center with over 20 years of service in Santa Barbara County is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified Hematologist/Oncologist. This established program offers a turnkey practice with an existing patient base, clinical trial access, and extensive support infrastructure, allowing you to focus on high-quality patient care on the Pacific Coast.
Practice Details
- Established group with over 20 years in the community and a comprehensive cancer center, including access to clinical trials
- Consistent patient volume, averaging approximately 20 patients per day
- Balanced mix of hematology and oncology cases
- Hospitalists manage inpatient admissions, allowing physicians to remain primarily outpatient-focused
- Modern facilities with strong clinical and administrative support
Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule with an outpatient focus
- Flexible structure to support workflow preferences
- Shared call of 1:5, with hospitalists handling inpatient responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
