Hospitalist Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25

This facility is seeking a/an (insert Job Title) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• u0009Schedule: 7a-7p, 6/29-7/1

• u0009Total census per provider per shift: 10

• u0009Procedures required: Standard Procedures

• u0009EMR: Medhost

• u0009Certifications and license required: Must have active Utah license, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• u0009Credentialing timeframe: 5 Days
