Compensation & Benefits

• Salary between $300K-$330K W-2 or a 1099 contractor
• 6 weeks PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, and personal time
• Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, LTD, malpractice (no tail for first 5 years), 403(b)

Schedule

• Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00am-3:00pm with 1:4 home call rotation (you're done by 1pm easily!)
• 3-room OR block; providers rotate between rooms daily
• Average 4-5 cases/day per CRNA, including 20-30 epidurals per month
• No VBACs; Orthopedic OR days include 5-8 cases for 2 providers
