Practice Setting

• Strong team model: 4 full-time physicians, 4 full-time perinatal NPs, plus nursing/MA and front office support

Schedule

• Clinic schedule is Monday through Friday
• Daytime clinic hours
• Block option available (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) for predictable time away between coverage
• Call participation is optional if you'd like additional inpatient involvement

Cases and Procedures

• Ultrasound evaluation
• Antenatal testing and outpatient consultations
• Amniocentesis
• Cerclages are required

• Adult patient population
• Average patient age is 68
• Typical daily volume: 8-14 patients depending on new vs. follow-up mix
• Payer mix includes a high Medicare population

Requirements

• Must be an MD/DO
• Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Illinois license or IMLC (Active LOQ); team can coordinate timing if you're in process
