Locums Otolaryngology Physician in Rocky Mount, North Carolina - Light Call, Dedicated Support

Work structured weeklong ENT blocks with a blend of clinic and surgery, rare after-hours onsite needs, and dedicated MA and scribe support.

Highlights

• Light call primarily handled by phone
• Two MAs dedicated to each physician
• Two weeks of coverage per month
• Dedicated administrative time

Practice & Cases

• Adult outpatient ENT with inpatient consultations
• Approximately 16 clinic patients per day
• Tonsil, adenoid, and sinus cases with no trauma or facial reconstruction
• Approximately 2 to 3 cases on scheduled surgery days

Schedule

• Full-week coverage blocks
• Three and a half clinic days plus a half-day for administration
• One surgery day each week when cases are scheduled
• Night and weekend call during assigned weeks

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Active North Carolina medical license required
• BLS and DEA required
