Podiatrist Position – Mobile / House Call Practice (High-Earning Opportunity)

We are seeking a motivated and clinically strong Podiatry Associate to join a growing mobile house call practice. This role is ideal for a provider who is independent, efficient, and comfortable delivering high-quality podiatric care in patients’ homes.

Compensation Structure

        $55 per patient visit (guaranteed)

        PLUS additional Incentive structured pay

        High-volume, route-based scheduling provided

        Production-based model with significant income growth tied to efficiency and clinical utilization

        Consistent patient demand in a rapidly expanding mobile care setting

Responsibilities

        Provide in-home podiatric care

        Perform routine foot care (nail care, callus care, diabetic foot maintenance)

        Evaluate and treat conditions requiring additional procedures when appropriate

        Travel between patient locations on a structured daily route

        Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and coding

Requirements

        DPM (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) degree

        Active state license in good standing

        Strong clinical judgment and efficiency in a mobile setting

        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

        Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
