Our thriving naturopathic primary care clinic, Fern Valley Natural Health, located in Bellevue, Washington is looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to join our team.

 Our well-established family practice clinic is currently a team of practicing naturopathic physicians (ND), naturopathic physician/licensed midwife (ND/LM) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) providing comprehensive and collaborative care for our families. We are an insurance-based family practice with a large pediatric population. Our integrative model blends conventional standards with naturopathic modalities providing our families with a comprehensive and individualized approach to care. We are looking for someone who can join our team and adapt to a busy schedule right away.

 We are looking for an experienced physician, ideally having completed 2 years of an accredited naturopathic residency. We are open to considering a newer practitioner with relevant clinical experience, excellent judgement, and clinical skills.

 Full or part time positions available as an employee physician. New hire must have a valid license to practice in Washington state. We are looking for a commitment for at least 2 years with 3-4 patient care days per week plus administrative time directly related to patient care.

 Our ideal candidate would have:

knowledge and ability to provide care for people of all ages
experience with pediatrics and women’s health
excellent communication skills
strong organizational and time management skills
open, adaptable, and creative
desire to collaborate with colleagues in their day-to-day practice
contracted with most major insurance companies.
Additional skills that would be welcome, but not required, are experience with neonatal patients, tethered oral tissues, IUD insertions, pediatric blood draws, lactation/breastfeeding support, and Athena EHR.
 

We offer a competitive base salary with an income dependent percentage-based split. Income will be dependent upon experience and current patient base. Benefits for full time employment include mentorship, PTO, CE stipend, professional memberships, CPR certification renewal, malpractice insurance, medical/dental/vision insurance and IRA retirement benefits with 3% match (after completion of first year).
