Exciting Full-Time Opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners at FirstHealth of the Carolinas!
We’re thrilled to offer an immediate full-time opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing Level II–III NICU team at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, located in the resort community of Pinehurst, NC.
Our Level III NICU features 13 beds and over 3,000 deliveries annually, with 225 NICU admissions per year . You’ll step into a role where your expertise makes an immediate impact, supported by a collaborative team of neonatologists, OB hospitalists, and MFM specialists.

Collaborative Team Model
Work alongside 1 neonatologist and 1 NNP per shift with a manageable census .

Requirements:
- NNP-BC certification and state licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of NNP experience in a Level III/IV NICU.
- Calm under pressure, strong communicator, team-first mindset.
- Able to practice independently covering the newborn service.
- Clean background, NC licensure and NRP certification required.
