Obstetrics & Gynecology Opportunity in Dickinson, ND

You'll step into a full-time OB/GYN role serving a growing community in southwestern North Dakota. This is a full-scope position with a balanced mix of clinic, deliveries, and GYN surgery. If you're looking for flexible scheduling and a lighter call rotation, let's talk.

Practice Overview

• Full-scope general Obstetrics and Gynecologic surgery
• Case mix includes general OB care, outpatient gynecology, and procedures such as C-sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopy (based on provider preference)
• Approx. 600 deliveries annually; average 6-10 surgical cases per month per provider
• Support includes internal referrals (Family Practice OB physicians and a Women's Health NP) plus 1:1 dedicated MA or nurse support with float nurse availability

Schedule

• Choose 5x8s (Mon-Fri) or 4x10s (Mon-Thu); clinic hours 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
• 1 hour of protected, blocked admin time per day
• Dedicated OR block time alongside scheduled clinic days
• Light 1:5 home/clinic call: typically 4-6 days of call per month and 10.5 weekends per year

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary guarantee: $381,910 (3-year contract)
• Incentive model: salary plus wRVU-based incentives; productivity and quality bonuses offered
• Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary; relocation allowance: $15,000 (receipts-based)
• Malpractice with tail coverage; CME $3,500 (or $5,000 for double-boarded); comprehensive health/dental/vision/life/STD/LTD and professional fees (licensing, credentialing, dues) covered

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Open to experienced physicians and new grads
• Visa sponsorship available (J1 and H1B)
