Description

Looking for full time or part time Optometrists for our practice in  Redding,CA  (about 2.5 hours from Sacramento).

Trained staff that does all the pretesting (NCT, A/R, VF and Optos on everyone plus OCT on all Medicare patients) for you. You will be practicing in a supportive, fast paced environment with the freedom to practice full scope optometry. We also offer myopia management. 

New grads are encouraged to apply! 

(Valid OD license and malpractice required)

Compensation:

Full time pay varies with experience and is negotiable. New grad would start at 156k plus bonus with a pay increase structure in place that within 5 years the pay would be $208k plus bonus.

If someone with 3-5 years of experience applies, we would start at $182k annual salary with production bonus of up to $20,000 and a pay increase in place that after 2 years the pay would be $208k plus bonus! 
In addition to this, you are eligible for profit sharing after one full year of work, up to 5% of your annual salary as an additional bonus and you get a 401k with a match of also up to 3%. 

A relocation bonus / assistance is also available for the right candidate!

Benefits for full time include CE (up to 24hrs), Malpractice, PTO after 90 days, 401k with a match after 180 days and profit sharing
Benefits for part-time is 401k with a match after 180 days and PTO after 90 days. Part time pay is negotiable. "
