Elite Eye Care is a well-established, privately owned optometric practice in Southwest Las Vegas seeking a motivated and personable Associate Optometrist to join our team. We are looking for a doctor who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships with patients.
This position offers flexibility and is available on a part-time basis, with the candidate choosing between 2–4 consistent days per week based on their desired schedule and availability. There is also potential for the position to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist seeking a long-term position in a modern, patient-focused private practice.
Requirements
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages, Diagnose and manage ocular disease, Prescribe glasses and contact lenses, Provide patient education regarding ocular health and treatment options, Collaborate with trained technicians and optical staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience, Maintain accurate and timely medical records, Uphold the highest standards of clinical care and professionalism.

Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Current Nevada Optometry License (or ability to obtain licensure). Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. New graduates and experienced optometrists are encouraged to apply.
Schedule: Flexible schedule with 2–4 days per week based on the candidate's preference
