North Florida Anesthesia Consultants (NFAC), in partnership with Envision, is seeking motivated and flexible APPs for per diem opportunities across our growing network of facilities in the Jacksonville area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-functioning anesthesia team with strong leadership, flexible scheduling, and a supportive culture that values reliability, autonomy, and work-life balance.

• Provide consistent availability and scheduling reliability
• Willing to work across multiple facilities
• Can participate in occasional call coverage (not required)
• Communicate proactively and function well within a team-based model
