Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of daily clinical and administrative operations for OBGYN departments in Medford, Peabody and Somerville
- This function is responsible for the management of clinical staff in any number of clinics. Responsibilities may include overseeing the management of the Nursing and Provider populations
- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma
- 3+ years of medical practice experience
- 2+ years of direct supervising at least two staff
- Electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR based on other technology experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical support functions in an ambulatory care setting
- Computer experience with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Demonstrated organizational, leadership and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated solid organizational and problem resolution skills
- Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensure for certain clinical positions
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to$107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
