Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year required License: WA state license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R Must-Have: Experience with GE equipment within 1 year Stroke Protocol Efficient Experience Description: Position requires a CT Tech for a 3x12 day shift. The assignment length is 13 weeks. Weekend shifts are required. On-call duties are also required. The traveler must float between similar units. Daily census ranges from 150-200 patients. Experience with GE equipment is necessary. Strong background in stroke protocol is essential. The candidate should be able to work in both emergency and main CT departments. Must be capable of multitasking in a high-volume environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary. Candidates should adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Flexibility in schedule and department workflow is expected. Trustworthiness and accountability are essential traits. Previous experience in Level I and Level II trauma centers is preferred. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Candidates must have ARRT certification in CT and current licensure. The position involves working with diverse patient age groups. Interdisciplinary support is provided for patient care. Candidates should complete required modules annually. The expectation is to work three out of five holidays throughout the contract. All time-off requests should be submitted in advance.
