Urology Opportunity | Southwest Georgia | $700k Base and Flexible Schedule Options

A hospital-employed Urology position offering built-in surgical volume, robotic access, and a supportive clinical infrastructure.

Practice Overview

• Cohesive team: 1 full-time and 1 PRN urologist, backed by 3 NPs (one takes first call)
• General urology core focus, with subspecialty interest encouraged
• 20+ OR cases weekly and two da Vinci robots for robotic cases
• Dedicated clinic staff, including scribes and MAs

Uro-Hospitalist Style Role:

• 7-on 7-off schedule
• 8 Hours of onsite coverage per day
  • Remaining day of call would be taken from home
• 2-wk on, 2-wk off Schedule available as well

Schedule for Traditional Role:

• 2 clinic days and 3 OR days (option for 1/4 split based on preference)
• 7 days of call per month, shared with a local group; post-call day off
• Clinic volume averages 15+ patients/day with flexibility based on your style

Compensation & Benefits

• $700,000+ starting base + productivity bonus structure, top earners easily make $850k
• $75,000+ sign-on bonus (based off experience) and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
• 27 days of PTO plus $7,000 annually for CME
• Full benefits package including malpractice with tail, 401k, onsite childcare, and fitness access

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Open to 2024-2025 residents/fellows and practicing urologists
• Must be comfortable managing general urology cases; robotic experience a plus
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
