Hoffman Estates, IL
Full-time or Part-time- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. No holidays, nights or weekends!

PetCure Oncology is looking for a veterinary assistant to join our radiation oncology service.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of veterinary assistant experience-specialty/oncology experience is a BONUS
- Blood draw and IV catheter placement highly preferred
- Ability to respectfully restrain patients
Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience supporting clients and referring veterinarians in person and over the phone.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and professional in handling sensitive oncology cases and building long-term client relationships.
- Positive, approachable team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
- Eager to learn and apply oncology knowledge, including cancer types, treatment options, radiation therapy, and potential medication side effects.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $23-25/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
