The Oncology Service (TOS) | Richmond, VA
The Oncology Service (TOS) is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join our well-established team in Richmond, Virginia.
For more than 15 years, TOS has provided advanced oncology care to companion animals across the Mid-Atlantic region. With three Virginia locations offering medical and radiation oncology services, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for our team.

Our state-of-the-art oncology center includes:
- Dedicated Medical Oncology Suite with a negative-pressure chemotherapy compounding room
- Five consultation rooms and Fear Free-designed treatment and housing areas
- Radiation Oncology and Imaging Suite featuring:
- Varian Linear Accelerator (IMRT, IGRT, SRT, VMAT)
- GE 8-slice CT scanner
- Digital radiography
- In-house laboratory capabilities and digital cytology
Exceptional Support Staff
Our highly experienced team includes one of only a select number of Veterinary Technician Specialists (Oncology) in the profession. Fear Free-certified technicians and assistants provide outstanding support, allowing our doctors to focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $180,000-$240,000 plus production
